These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the mbak4 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
Six core commitments that define how mbak4 operates. These highlights do not replace the full Terms below — please read all clauses before using the platform.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on mbak4. Age is verified during the mandatory KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned, subject to applicable terms.
All bonus offers on mbak4 state their wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates in full — before you claim anything. We do not retroactively alter bonus conditions after a player has accepted an offer.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with no hidden currency conversion fees. Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mbak4 ("mbak4", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your registration, access, and use of the mbak4 website, mobile interface, and all associated products and services. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the mbak4 platform.

To register and maintain an Account on mbak4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your Account:
mbak4 is operated under an international gaming license. The Platform is primarily designed to serve Indonesian players and optimized for the Indonesian market, including local payment infrastructure, Indonesian-speaking support, and local sporting content. However, residents of Indonesia access the Platform on the basis of their own assessment of applicable local laws. mbak4 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling under Indonesian domestic law; users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with laws applicable in their location.
mbak4 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any User at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension.
To access real-money betting products on mbak4, you must complete the registration process in full. Registration requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must also create a secure password that meets mbak4's minimum security standards.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. mbak4 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify mbak4 immediately via live chat or by contacting support.
KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, mbak4 requires all Users to complete identity verifica tion under our Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. KYC verification requires submission of:
mbak4 processes KYC submissions within one to three business days. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play, but withdrawals will be held pending verification. Documents are reviewed by our compliance team and stored with AES-256 encryption in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
mbak4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including enhanced due diligence for Accounts with high transaction volumes. Providing false or altered documents is grounds for immediate permanent Account closure.
All financial transactions on mbak4 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mbak4 does not charge Users any internal processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own transfer fees, for which mbak4 accepts no liability.

Deposits made via e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of cleared funds, which may take up to 60 minutes depending on the sending institution. mbak4 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet infrastructure.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed by mbak4 within two to six hours on business days (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawal requests submitted on Indonesian public holidays may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily cumulative limits are defined in the Platform's current banking policy, which is displayed in the Account dashboard.
Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account holder. mbak4 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment services, or cryptocurrency wallets. Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified payment method will be held pending satisfactory documentation.
mbak4 applies anti-money-laundering (AML) screening to all significant withdrawal requests. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger an enhanced review period during which withdrawals will be temporarily withheld. Users will be notified of any such review by email or live chat.
mbak4 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit match bonuses, free-spin awards, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published in full on the relevant promotion page before a User accepts the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:
mbak4 will never retroactively change the wagering requirements or expiry date of a bonus that a User has already accepted. If a promotion is amended after acceptance, the original terms at the time of acceptance remain binding for that User's claim.
All wagers placed on mbak4 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slot gacor (high-payout slot) games, togel draws, sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting) markets, or any other game type available on the Platform. These product-specific rules are displayed within each game or market and form part of these Terms by reference.
Sportsbook: mbak4's sportsbook odds are offered on a best-efforts basis and reflect market conditions at the time a bet is accepted. Odds are subject to change before bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed — as evidenced by a bet reference number issued to the User — the odds at time of confirmation are locked. mbak4 reserves the right to void any bet where a clear pricing error (manifest error) is identified, regardless of whether the bet has already been graded.
Live Casino & Slots: All outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the hand or spin result is determined by the server-side record, which shall be final and binding. mbak4 is not liable for losses attributable to User-side internet connectivity issues.
Prohibited Conduct: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation:

All content published on the mbak4 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and game assets provided by licensed third-party studios — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of mbak4 or the relevant rights holder.
Game assets, including audio, visual, and software components within individual games, remain the intellectual property of the respective game studio (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, or Spribe). mbak4 operates these games under valid licensing agreements and does not claim ownership of studio-owned intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbak4 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
mbak4's total aggregate liability to any User for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mbak4 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond mbak4's reasonable control (including third-party banking outages, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or force majeure events) may temporarily affect Platform availability. mbak4 will not be liable for losses sustained during periods of unavailability.
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits mbak4's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
mbak4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mbak4 will notify registered Users via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date. Outstanding real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method upon Account closure.
The current version of these Terms is always accessible at mbak4.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mbak4 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes relating to its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to mbak4's internal dispute resolution process.
To raise a formal dispute, Users must contact the mbak4 support team in writing, providing the Account reference number, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. mbak4 will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, Users may escalate the matter to the relevant independent arbitration body specified under mbak4's licensing authority.
Where a User is a resident of Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to domestic legal restrictions. You access the Platform at your own risk and on your own legal assessment. mbak4 does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for any consequences arising from a User's violation of applicable local laws.
